The best thing I read today...
"nothing we do or encounter should trouble our attitudes. we're trying to help people every day. what could possibly be hard about that? indeed, it's a noble calling! people either want help or they don't. no fault whatsoever in that. we simply look for those that want help. and when preparation meets opportunity, magical things can happen - for everyone."
